2010 Minto Cup Champions

Congratulations to the Coquitlam Adanacs who won the 2010 Minto Cup in 2 straight games, besting Orangeville 9-5 and 8-4 respectively. The game MVPs were Matt Beers (Coquitlam) and Brandon Ivey (Orangeville). The tournament MVP was Robert Church (#23) of the Adanacs. The Jim Bishop award winner was Jeremy Noble (#25) of Orangeville.

CLA Office Relocation

Lacrosse: Fun with Fundamentals

The Fun with Fundamentals 3-part DVD series is a must have for anyone who is serious about CANADA'S NATIONAL SUMMER SPORT. 

DVD 1: scooping, cradling, passing, catching, dodging, shooting, 1 on 1 defense, face-offs, equipment needs

DVD 2: motion offense, team defense, man-up, line changes

DVD 3: pro support material including shooting, stick tricks, culture of the game, Long Term Athlete Development, coaching support material, stick stringing

Elite players, including Shawn Williams, Delby Powless and Steve Toll, provide expert guidance while demonstrating and highlighting the key teaching points of each skill, technique and strategy.  From scooping, cradling, passing, catching, shooting to motion offense, team defense, line changes and drills you will better your ability to play and read the game of box lacrosse.
