Equipment Review Committee

Established in November 2001 to formalize CLA equipment approval process Mandate:

  • offer manufacturers a review team on lacrosse equipment design/innovations
  • review lacrosse equipment vis-à-vis existing/proposed CLA playing rules
  • approve lacrosse equipment for CLA play

All future equipment recommendations will be posted on the CLA website under Technical Bulletins
 
According to CLA policy, in order for equipment to be approved for use within the CLA, manufacturers must provide proof of liability insurance. As February 2011, the manufacturers who have provided proof are as follows:

  • Vaughn Custom Sports (Eagle)
  • Reebok
  • Boddam
  • Harrow
  • Riley
